The Board of Directors (the Board) are the elected representatives of Rockcliffe University Consortium. The Board’s mandate is to establish corporate management related policies and to make decisions on major company issues ensuring that Rockcliffe’s governing processes are consistent with approved standards taken in full compliance with legal and regulatory.
The committee is composed of both business and educational professionals. Board
Board members are elected for one-year terms at the Annual General Meeting held in Sacramento California each October.

Kevin Feenan, MBA Ontario, CanadaKevin Feenan is the founder of Rockcliffe University Consortium and currently, serves as both President and Chairman of the Board for Rockcliffe. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, Mr. Feenan’s 30-year career has included disciplines including Application Architecture, Business and Change Management, Experiential Education, Management Consulting, Project Management, and Software Development. These roles have been performed for a variety of clients in the public and private sectors both in Canada and the United States. |
